Day 1: Wake naturally, no alarm. Journal 5 minutes on gratitude.
Today, I woke up extremely thankful for my honey bunny for paying attention to me as I spoke in my sleep and dreamed of crazy scenarios and conversations. When I spoke, Averi would ask me, "What did you say?" This tells me how safe I really am.
I am grateful for waking up. I woke up knowing that today is a wonderful day. I will learn to enjoy and really focus on the good things in my life. I am happy with the food, waffles, chicken, and salad. I am glad that we have access to both potable and filtered water, as needed.
I want to thank my dad for telling me that the world is out there and that I should go out there and take it. In other words, he encouraged me to join in significant work. I am thankful to my mother, who always supports me, no matter what the situation is or even if the outcome is one of sacrifice; my mom is cool like that.
I am thankful for my sister and how she shares her son with me.
Here is somethinig that I wanna share because I believe this is so very important!!!
